Think you know Amish culture? Some widely held beliefs like “The Amish can’t use electricity” may just be fiction.
One day while surfing the web at work, Abe Raber came across Adventist sermons on YouTube. He had never heard anything like them before, and he was inexplicably drawn to the truths he was hearing for the first time.
Excommunicated because of their newfound beliefs, three Amish families found freedom, faith and friendship in an Ohio church plant.
More than 175 people (including men) recently attended the Ohio Conference Women's Ministries one-day retreat.
